About Me
A city dweller with rural roots. My dad reminds me when I was a teenager I thought we should have a second car. I also thought I should be driven home from school - one mile away. Now we keep the one car in the garage most days. Bus to work. Walk (two miles) to daycare. And, bike my groceries home. Physical activity promotion is my game. I'll talk policy, systems, and environmental change until their are bike racks and sidewalks to most destinations.
